So what can you expect by using our services?
We are always hearing how customers are unable to contact a plumber, or someone agrees to come around and never shows!
From us you will get an agreed appointment time that suits you as well as us, this includes evenings / weekends, if our office cannot answer your questions they will get you called back by one of our qualified engineers.
If in the highly unlikely event that We might be late or can't make the appointment, We will let you know as soon as We can to arrange an alternative date / time
We will look after your property, using dustsheets, heat mats and where appropriate using shoe covers
We will aim to carry out the work to a high standard, promptly and proffessionally, keeping you advised of progress as we go.
We will always advise of costs to complete the work before starting, there is no hourly rate or clock watching, we always stay and complete work same day where possible (subject to parts being available).
You will receive proffessional paperwork, detailing the work that has been done and any work required as well as any safety information
The work will be guaranteed (2 years on installations, 1 year on repairs), you will have our contact details to call us should you have any concerns or queries
If We've installed you a new system or boiler or even just a small item, any visit for any issues is prompt and free of charge
Landlord's, Estate agents etc; We can liase with your tenants to undertake work needed at times that suit
