Sept 2011 We had a boiler fitted by Dereham Services in January, a manufacturing fault caused it to go wrong in August, unlike many Kevin came out same day and as it was a warranty issue contacted the manufacturer straight away (they in turn attended next day - replacing the part) we didn't have to worry as He sorted everything for us. Sept 2005 I have several properties that I let out to students and have them checked for safety every year, this year I met Kevin whilst in the plumbers merchants, having spoken with him I decided to use Dereham Services to inspect various properties, they liased with my tenants for access, completed the work in a very proffessional manner and luckily for my wallet! didn't find any major faults! the few minor faults were all dealt with quickly, the charges were a big surprise as they were very reasonable for the amount of work done, well done.
